Minute water vapour at some point in the lens can create this type of an “ORB” effect in the picture – especially in the digital cameras. I have a few pictures taken on the same day (within minutes of each other) that all have these “ORBS”. One of them is in my pocket in one of the photographs. When the water vapours vanish the ORBS also vanish. Dont attach too much of importance to this.
